TTFL's BESS is the only energy storage system designed to support the principles of the Circular Economy, promote Sustainability, and offer truly Low Investment solutions for a greener future.

When the forklift batteries reach the end of their lease term (typically around 3 years), they are returned to our central facility. Instead of being discarded or sold separately, these batteries undergo a Recondition process, in which TTFL has long-standing expertise.

What is Recondition?

Reconditioning is the process of restoring battery performance through inspection, grading, and refurbishment to bring it close to its original performance level.

Today, we take a further step by converting reconditioned batteries into a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). This maximizes the lifespan of the batteries and creates new value for the energy system.
